I have Parkinsons and severe Scoliosis which has seriously affected my breathing. 6 months ago my consultant told me I needed a dangerous operation to relieve it. I begged for some time to find alternatives. Doing the Buteyko Method for the last 3 months has given me back considerable breathing comfort and my doctor is so pleased with my improvement that he has put the operation on hold – he doesn’t even require me to have a check up for another 12 months! Much of the work can be done ‘content free’ using processes that access the experience without pain or distress. Many of my clients are delighted to find that they have spent much of their session comfortably relaxed, even laughing, discovering how easy change can be.
