Health and well-being are the natural state of a person in balance.

Issues that can be gently, effectively and quickly improved include asthma and other respiratory conditions, M.E., anxiety/phobias, trauma, low self-esteem.

Jen’s holistic (whole person) approach takes into account symptoms, history, habits, beliefs and goals and creates a tailored programme.  Phone and email support are available between sessions by arrangement.

Buteyko breathing

Sessions can be in person in Letchworth, or via skype (video conferencing).   The first 2 sessions are generally 2 hours.

The hourly rate is £60, or £300 for 6 hours paid in advance.  All clients receive a resource pack including extensive skills manual and relaxation CD.
